Bruce, Does the PSC anticipate any motions for the Board based upon your report? I am especially concerned about the information developed on the SM's, OOC's and OO's. PSC will determine final recommendations at our Thursday meeting. In the interim I want to let you know where the report is headed. We have disagreement on some proposed actions, so the recommendations herein are my best guess as to outcome, but please read the final report. I hope to distribute it Friday AM.
