Generally not. We’re not in a place to put staff on managing restoration efforts on gear that is in ‘everyday’ condition and likely isn’t working entirely.
Exceptions are excellent to mint condition radios. Examples include a Kenwood TS990 being used in W1AW and a set of near new condition Collins gear. We also accepted a recent donation of mint condition Heathkits from the original owner/builder.
Thanks

Is Hq. still accepting donations of old equipment from members?
I thought that I'd heard somewhere this was discouraged because of the time and effort involved in liquidating all the boat anchors. But a member in our division inquired about leaving his old gear to the ARRL and he cited < http://www.arrl.org/news/donations-of-unwanted-amateur-radio-test-gear-support-arrl-s-mission>.
