Each of the three ARRL Board standing committees has an e-mail reflector for use in conducting business.

It appears that a significant amount of committee communication is being conducted outside the reflectors. Why? Is there some belief that this is a proper part of "social distancing?"

As I understand it, directors have a right to know and see essentially everything concerning the League. Why are committee communications, even to or from upper-level staff, being conducted this way?
