Does anyone know the status of the construction of the wall between the United States and California? Did the $8.5 billion for C-19 include funds for the completion of that wall?

The cancellation of Visalia followed by NAB may very well presage the fate of all public gatherings of more than a few hundred people — particularly those expected to draw out-of-state and foreign visitors.
In the West Gulf, that would mean the cancellation of at least two significant hamfests between now and July.
Depending on the advance of the spread, Field Day may be at risk in those areas with confirmed outbreaks.

I know that someone from HQ was scheduled to attend on behalf of the ARRL, as in past years.
