Subject: New Customer Service Manager
I am pleased to announce that Amy Hurtado from Newington is our choice to fill the position of ARRL Customer Service Manager. She will begin work at ARRL on April 10.
Amy possesses the skills and experience of an operations manager and production coordinator that make her a suitable choice to undertake the leadership of our data processing units for membership application processing and product sales. Her most recent employment tenure involved managing a large customer service team within a full service direct mail production facility. Amy has 18+ years of customer service experience, and extensive knowledge of the direct mail industry, marketing, design and printing. She will be particularly visible in her roll overseeing fulfillment operations for ARRL membership processing, and circulation for QST and all ARRL periodicals. She will have direct responsibility for membership renewal processes, the ARRL Life Membership program and Silent Key administration.
