I think we need to move on this pronto. Riley, as soon as you check with your team, assuming they agree, then let's turn the field loose on the appointments. Further, I think Brain sent the email out to the SM's last year, maybe the OO/OOC's, too. I don't recall for sure. I think it would be good for the field to see Riley's name on the next one. Seems that would be a shot in the arm to the OO/OOC corp to see Riley Hollingsworth's name. But, we have to be careful in managing unrealistic expectations as we still have the same problems with FCC.
