Greetings. Not much news in the attached FCC release, and no practical effect that I can see on Amateur Radio regulatory issues in the FCC Wireless Bureau. The WTB has a new chief -- Rick Kaplan, most recently Chief of Staff for Commissioner Mignon Clyburn. Not much private radio experience in Mr. Kaplan, but then, Ruth Milkman, the former chief wasn't close to our concerns either. Frankly, this seems to me to be a net zero change, except that we have met with Kaplan a few times and he seems accessible. We will see.
