After finally being able to locate the “proper authorities” at Comcast, we have apparently been successful in having them unblock the ARRL bulk mail server. Seeing at the ARRL Letter is distributed on Thursdays, we will monitor this closely and if the status changes, we will let everyone know as soon as practicable.
