Respectfully, all references to “CEO” should be converted to “Chief Executive Officer” to be consistent with the Articles of Association. The position of “CEO” is not authorized.

As PSC chair this year have been working with the two Advisory committees (DXAC and CAC).  In reading over the governance documentation for the Advisory Committees (Section 5.4 of the Director's Workbook, and the Advisory Committee Rules on the website) I found that they were not only woefully out of date compared to reality, they contradicted each other. Time for a makeover! 

 

The result of this effort is the motion attached here. I ran this by President Roderick yesterday to ensure I had things documented so that they matched his view of things.  He agreed.  

 

If one of the Board directors here could review my mark-ups and agree to second the motion I can get this into Dee in preparation for tomorrow's meeting.
