Mr Roderick, Mr. Shelley and Mr. Widin: As of 4:00 PM this afternoon I have received the following requests for a special meeting to address the hiring of a new CEO: Mr. Allen, Dr. Boehner, Mr. Carlson, Mr. Holden, Mr. Lisenco, Mr. Norris, Mr. Pace, Mr. Williams, Dr. Woolweaver The requisite number of requests has been met to conform with the AA/BL provisions. Most have indicated that August 22, 2018 would work for their schedules. None has stated the date was not workable for them. In addition, Dr. Woolweaver has requested that the terms of the contract be made available by August 15, 2018 to allow Board members time to review it before the special meeting. In addition, he has also asked about informing the Vice-Directors, to allow them to clear their calendars in order to monitor the proceedings.
