At Minute 21 and in the motion that was introduced at the meeting, W4ALT is termed the "ARRL Delaware Section PIO." The correct appointment for W4ALT is Public Information Coordinator (PIC). At the meeting I wondered if he's the Section PIC and not a local PIO but didn't want to say anything until I had a chance to check the Field Organization database and make sure. 73 - Kay N3KN
