Yes, that is a plan I was pursuing, unfortunately all of the 15 directors and 5 officers do not have schedules that permit such a call with everyone present until late June at the earliest. By then, it would be best to wait until the board meeting. I have already been contacted by three directors that voted "No" who indicate they wish to change their vote. Unfortunately, we do not have a procedure in place to handle such a change via email when the board is not in session, however when the board is in session a person on the prevailing side (the "No" voters) could move to reconsider the previous question and reopen the matter for discussion in formal session if a majority so votes. I'm waiting for Dave's return to discuss procedural options. He should be back this evening so in a day or two we'll have a chance to discuss this. 73 Joel W5ZN -----Original Message----- From: Frank Fallon [mailto:n2ff@optonline.net] Sent: Monday, April 23, 2007 4:00 PM To: arrl-odv Cc: arrl-odv Subject: [arrl-odv:15469] Re: Missing teleconference??? Joel, I thought there was a plan to hold a teleconference on an appeal to the entire board about and SM election. 73 de Frank...N2FF..... Joel Harrison wrote:
Frank,
A teleconference for what??
The only teleconference I'm aware of that was schedule recently was the Executive Committee a few days ago concerning RM-11306 that I was on, although there may have been other committee teleconferences scheduled.
Are you talking about a committee teleconference??

Did I miss a teleconference or a message as to when we had one scheduled?
