In the report of the recent FCC decisions denying the petitions to bring back Morse in testing, the ARRL story indicates there some 3900 comments filed on behalf of these petitions.  Does anyone know the ratio of support/oppose in those comments?  Might be handy information to have on hand when it inevitably comes up.
