We are satisfied that we can take this letter to the Senate in our quest for passage of the Bill. To that end, we have meetings already scheduled with the Senate sponsors next week to discuss strategy for moving the bill forward. On the House side, we hope to have full committee mark-up in the near future, however, no date has yet been set. It is our understanding that with the agreement in place, and the letters received, there should be nothing blocking the bill from moving forward in committee.
