ARRL filed the attached Opposition to SMC’s petition to change FCC rules to permit use of Part 90 HF spectrum to transmit HFT information.  The filing is based on the work of Ed Hare (W1RFI) and the ARRL Lab.  Their report is an attachment to the filing.

A copy of the petition is attached.  HQ also has released a news article on the filing.
