When I talked to the desk last week, she told me when it's a group reservation it can take up to a month to process the points as the entire list goes to the corporate office which is not the same as making an individual reservation.

I have noticed this every time we are in CT. I have normally filled out the missing point form as well but am waiting this one out to see if what she told me pans out.
