15 MAR 2011 - 1159 CDT After reading the email on this topic and reviewing Mike Corey's job description, I see no real problem at this time. Assuming that one or more persons at headquarters is monitoring incoming email and voice mail to Mike, I believe an out-of-office AutoReply is the correct method for initial response to incoming email or telephone inquiries. If there is a major emergency underway and Mike Corey is unavailable, I am confident that ARRL staff will provide an appropriate and timely response. - Dick Isely, W9GIG
