I am pleased to welcome Virginia Macfarlan, KD4VSK, as our new Administrative Assistant here in Fairfax.  Virginia has been a radio amateur for nearly 20 years and has periodically been active in the Woodbridge (VA) Wireless Association, particularly during Field Day activities.  She brings a breadth of public and private sector administrative experience to ARRL, including long term assignments at the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Central Asian American Enterprise Fund.
