Exceptions are excellent to mint condition radios. Examples include a Kenwood TS990 being used in W1AW and a set of near new condition Collins gear. We also accepted a recent donation of mint condition Heathkits from the original owner/builder.

I thought that I'd heard somewhere this was discouraged because of the time and effort involved in liquidating all the boat anchors.
