Harold,

This is a great step forward.

I find that there are several contacts not listed or not described well, though most of the more frequently sought out ones are there.  Among the missing ones is Customer Service (yes, I know it's listed other ways but when someone is frustrated enough to need to call "customer service" (or 'member' service) we want to make it easy for them, not increase their bloodpressure.)  There were others, but now that I go back, one seems to have changed and I forgot the other one (but I'll email when I recall it.)

I will also say that simply pointing membership to send email to 'callsign'@arrl.org isn't the greatest way to put the information in the hands of our members.  I'm probabily not the only person in the world that needs to have thing in writing.  I don't remember call signs all that well.  For example, if I wanted to email Steve Ford, I'm going to have to screw around a lot to find his call to get the proper email address for him.  I think lists are easier, but I suppose you could always add email aliases in the firstname.lastname@arrl.org format.  That's how email works at my office (and at Boeing too.)  Everyone gets an email address that they want, but they also get a firstname-lastname one too.  Makes it easy for clients to get in contact even if they don't remember that the paralegal's email is 'legaleagle'.

Enough playing for the lunch hour.  Back to the grindstone.

Hi,

We have now added an HQ Staff Contacts page to the Website.  It can be found here:

http://www.arrl.org/hq-staff-contacts

You can get to it from the Contact ARRL (email form) page here:

http://www.arrl.org/contact-arrl

There are also call outs on the left side of the page to find your Section or Division.

So that you are all aware of it, I have copied everyone on staff who is listed on the page along with the Board.

Steve Ewald will forward this message to the SM List and Allen Pitts will forward it on the PR email reflector.  Please feel free to send this information on to whoever you believe would find it helpful.

73,

Harold
