Attached are ARRL’s reply comments filed today in the FCC Docket No. 19-226 (RF Safety proceeding). Thanks to Ed Hare, Kermit Carlson and Mike Lazarus of Telecommunications Law Professionals, our “substitute” FCC counsel for this proceeding due to David Siddall having to recuse himself because of a conflict of interest. They all did great work on these comments in a short period of time.
