I was going to propose a two part resolution to the Remote Ham issue. Dave has already suggested a remedy for the first part of my proposal. See below. "Thanks to everyone for their input. He is tied up this afternoon but we expect to complete this tomorrow. 73, Dave K1ZZ" The second part of my proposal was to suggest that the Board ask Staff to prepare with the input of General Counsel an article for QST which would spell out clearly the position of the League on the use of its logos and trademarks. The article would provide valuable reference information for all present and future advertisers in QST and other publications In addition, it would "clear the air" for those who have been overly aggressive in their use of ARRL's logos and trademarks in their advertising and marketing campaigns. I would include in the article references to all logos and trademarks owned by the ARRL. A gentle but firm hand in this matter is, in my opinion, the best solution. David
