Final negotiations are still underway with Howard and talks are going favorably, but nothing is in writing just yet. Until we get something completely nailed down then it’s best to wait until we can report details for sure. So please QRX for now.

We will be setting up the special board meeting in the next week or so and Greg will be working on the steps we need to take procedurally to call the meeting.
