I think it is very well done and could serve as a valuable resource for use at the section level. This work should not lie about gathering moss.

At the meeting in St. Louis group "A" came up with the suggestion that each division have a Congressional representative. It can be more than one and what I am thinking of is also involving the Section Managers.

It is no secret that I have been disappointed in the amount of grass root contacts our members have had with congressional representatives. I had asked John Chwat & Company to prepare a paper that would help us and it is below as a zip file. Print it out and let me know what you think.
