Along with greeting you and hoping you have a great day; I'm sending you this email with the Menu for the Second Board Meeting.

As you will notice in the form, only the options for dinner on Thursday and Friday are described in the form. Lunch for the days of the Committees and Board Meeting is already included.

We will only need from you to choose for Thursday and Friday night dinner. Lunches for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are already set.

We encourage you to fill this form completely, and send it by Tuesday, July 5th at noon, so we can inform properly, and in a timely manner, to the hotel your requests and get them ready for you.

Any special requests and other situations regarding food issues, allergies, etc., please mention them in your responding email directed to ExecAdmin@arrl.org.
