Gentlemen,

Good evening… I am sorry I was unable to make it on time for tonight’s meeting. 

As some of you are aware, my 93 year old mother has been hospitalized for a month now and I am here in PR attending to her as I am the only son and I have been here to take care of the issues with the hospital and watch over her. 

We had a minor setback this afternoon as she was being prepared to be transfered to a skilled nurse facility to begin occupational and physical therapy.  So I was dealing with that, hoping that tomorrow morning we can go ahead and transfer her there. 

I hope you all understand. It has been a tough month for us, but slowly we will continue our efforts towards her recovery. 

Hope to be on the next meeting back in NJ and Mom with me.
