Art, I think you are leading in the right direction. Would it be possible for Ria to participate as both an ARRL BOD member as well as serve as an advisor to ARDC, based upon the ARRL E and E Committee providing a framework or set of guidelines for Ria to recuse herself from a topic or subject discussion that would present a conflict of interest to the ARRL. Are there any actions you could take on either Board that would, because of the dual positions, affect the financial condition of yourself or anyone close to you?
