ODV, To answer Mike's question, our ability to accept PayPal for membership and pub sales is tied to the conversion of the AMS system. The delay in that project, has pushed back our ability to offer PayPal. Choosing to offer PayPal is a different discussion but staff is currently working towards offering it based on discusions and decisions of a previous A&F committee a few years ago. PayPal business transaction fees are discounted for 503(C) organizations, and appear to be in line with what the major credit card companies are charging.
