FWIW, a fellow local club member posted this on the club’s reflector today, quoting a response from our mutual Congressman about the bill:

"...   Because of your inquiry and others, I have signed on as a cosponsor of this legislation.  H.R. 4969 has been referred to the House Energy and Commerce Committee."
