A repository has been created on the ARRL website for minutes and other documents from the Investment Management Committee.  It is in the ODV Files area of the website where minutes for PSC and A&F and Board meetings are located.  See the screenshot below.

At the moment, only approved minutes are posted.  Other documents will be posted in the future.
