I thought it might be helpful to convey this to the full ODV.

Tomorrow’s Federal Register will include the 3.4 GHz item.  This will make the date for initial comments FEB. 23 with reply comments due Mar. 23.  (I receive 24 advance notice of FCC documents being published in the Federal Register; the 5.8 GHz rulemaking is not in tomorrow’s Federal Register.)

Per discussion Friday at the Board meeting and my written report, I intend to speed things up.  By tomorrow evening I should have suggestions to send / make available to those who have contacted me.  I also will put suggestions at a  “semi-private” website (available to anyone with the link) and send the link to ODV so that you may share with your constituents.   Finally, I am working with Rick Lindquist on a short piece for arrl.org (which is where the ARRL Letter items come from too).
