Thanks, Greg, for confirming that you are also hearing the same questions.<br><br>Thanks, Jim, for the A&amp;F update.  Now my question is how do we get the promise converted into print on the new website, even though it&#39;s doubtful anyone could find it, and then get the action taken.  It seems that many of our members have excellent memories, but that the folks making the implementation commitments do not seem to recall that they did so.  As many folks on this reflector have noted, it is embarrassing to continually offer promises to our members on this, and other issues, yet never see any of them come to fruition.  Can anyone offer a solution with a high probability of success?<br>
