Tomorrow morning (Wednesday) Dave, Chris and I will meet with Julius Knapp and probably others with the FCC’s Office of Engineering & Technology (OET) to discuss BPL subsequent to the courts ruling.

I have been in the Hartford area today on client business (non ARRL) and will meet Dave at Bradley airport in the morning for the short flight down to BWI, at which time we will take the train into D.C. and hook up with Chris.

We will report to you as soon as possible following the meeting.
