This morning the Report and Order in FCC WT Docket No. 09-209 concerning vanity and club call signs appeared in the Federal Register. The effective date of the rules changes was to be 60 days after publication in the Federal Register so that becomes February 14, 2011. Happy Valentine's Day. Dave K1ZZ
