The 630pm update is that after a frustrating day of basically standing on the finish line, we have one nagging issue with the interface between Personify and AIS.

The member services team has been in Personify and all of that is working fine.  The age of the underlying software systems we are using out of necessity with our website is the problem.

We are working to get the site launched within the next 2.5 hours, but the programmers are burning out so they need rest and if need be we will pick it up again in the morning.

The call volume to HQ has not been unusual which is good news.  We are getting lots of social media and email comments that are unhelpful but are being cheerfully responded to.

I will post another update when there’s more to report – and I **HOPE** it is to say the site is up.

Be ready for us to push forward an initiative with you to get a new website platform earlier than we had wanted.
