The main complainer in our Division was indeed at Hamcation. We spoke for a few minutes at the ARRL booth, but he didn’t raise RM-1108. (I’ve known him for a decade or so.) I didn’t see him at the ARRL Forum and no one raised the issue there. I suspect that it is easier to complain loudly via email than it is to say the same sorts of things in person. It may also be that the anti-RM-11708 messages are now be falling on deaf ears (or more educated ears).
