I originally sent these comments to K1ZZ but think they are appropriate to note here. The request from the chairman of the ECAC for opinions of the Board about NTS seems out of place. They should be advising us... This really doesn't seem to be an appropriate thing for a committee to do. The answer to the question about who owns/runs NTS should come from Newington.
