Good afternoon all –

As we are about two weeks away from the January Board meeting, I would like to remind those of you who will be driving instead of flying to please document what an airline ticket would have cost if you had chosen to fly.  Please provide this documentation with your expense report.  As a reminder, the ARRL travel policy only permits reimbursement for driving expenses up to the costs as if the traveler had flown and booked a ticket at least two weeks in advance.
