From a "transparency" line of thinking

As the EC is an elected board committee I think it would be respectful and proper to at least provide a summery of the discussion during the closed sessions to the Board.
How can the Board base any decisions on effectiveness of the EC or if it is even operating within it's defined charter when they do not know what was done during a meeting?

Are there any issues with sending them out via e-mail? I would assume that they have to be careful since personnel matters are often the reason for committee of the whole meetings.

Either way I would like a copy, even though I have a general idea of what went on.

Folks,

My understanding is that Dave Sumner used to send the Committee of the Whole minutes for both the Board and the EC out by smail mail.
