[ARRL-ODV:7928] DS gone Nov 5-30

As previously announced, I will be leaving later today for the IARU Administrative Council meeting in San Marino November 7-8 followed by the Region 1 Conference November 10-15 and another brief Administrative Council meeting November 16. On November 17 I go to Geneva to attend the ITU Conference Preparatory Meeting for the IARU. The CPM is scheduled to last two weeks, concluding on November 29. (American Thanksgiving is just another workday in Geneva.) My flight home is Saturday, November 30. I should have email access from Geneva at least, but it didn't work very well in September. I'm hoping the problem has been solved. The HQ staff will know how to reach me in an emergency. Dave K1ZZ
