Greetings. Attached is an as-filed version of the BPL complaint we filed today with FCC regarding the high-interference BPL test site at Cottonwood, Arizona. Ed Hare did good engineering work on this, and it follows some interference tests conducted by the Verde Valley ARA, which were filed with FCC along with an interference complaint. Ed will share this with the Verde Valley ARA group, which did a good job. We can use some more of these type instances, in terms of building the record. FCC is telling everyone that the Amateur complaints at test sites are being resolved, or handled, or similar, which of course is not true at all, except in the sense that some offenders are shutting the systems down permanently. 73, Chris W3KD
