It's still more than three months away, but of course we have to sign a contract for the hotel space for the January Board Meeting and some of you are beginning to think about airline reservations. President Haynie has asked me to advise you that in accordance with Bylaw 25, the 2004 Annual Meeting of the ARRL Board of Directors will be held in the vicinity of Newington beginning on Friday morning, January 16. We plan to hold the meeting at the Hartford/Windsor Airport Marriott, the site of our most recent three meetings.
