It has been three and a half weeks since the July Board meeting. Even at this late date, I find no meeting minutes? There seems to be no mention of the Board meeting on the news section of the arrl.org site. Looking at the arrl.org website, there seem to be almost no news updates for several weeks, other than the K7RA Solar Reports? ??? 73, Dick, N6AA
