Hey, “AD” was my first gig with ARRL, appointed by Vic Clark, W4KFC, when he was Roanoke Division director.

A new concept to me, I recently learned of the existence of Divisional Assistant Directors.

I was asked by one of the Directors to send a list of current AD’s for his division.

I have learned that we do in fact codify membership records to indicate current AD’s for each Division.

I will be sending each of you the list of people who are currently coded as active ADs for your Division.  I know that the list(s) may be wrong because I have seen some cases of people moving up or out of the organization.

I need your help to ‘clean up’ this list to who really is a current AD under your Division organization.

Can you please spend a few minutes to update your list and get it back to me?  I will have Mike Walters get the database updated.
