It is that time of year when students are looking at school applications - and possible scholarships! This will be the biggest year ever for our ARRL Foundation Scholarship program. Getting the word out to your Division is critical to creating awareness of this wonderful opportunity for students. Attached is a note from Dr. Woolweaver.
