The fact is that, the way the vote is conducted, that all of us have our own reasons for voting the way that we did. There can be no official “why” because we made no collective statement. 

Each of us made a decision. The collective Board action is the result. It speaks for itself. If all our members read past minutes of Board and EC meetings, they should be able to understand the conclusion of the majority.

This is why transparency is important.
