I did a little research after reading the emails pertaining to the dilemma with the shuttle to the airport. I am including numbers for ground transportation options for you. I hope this makes it a little easier!
Taxi: For Connecticut fares from Bradley, call (860) 627-3128 or (860) 627-3588.
- Estimated taxi fare: 30 USD (one way)
Uber/Lyft Information:
Services are accessed by using the Uber or Lyft app on your cell phone. Drives are stationed near the terminal and can arrive in 3-5 minutes.
Pick-Up Instructions and Location for arriving passengers.
From your arrival gate, take the elevator or escalator to the lower level/baggage claim area. Request a ride once you have retrieved your luggage. Proceed out door number 2 and cross to outer roadway.
Walk to the left and meet your driver at the Ride App Pickup sign.

Thanks for the info. That is not good information for me, considering that my flight lands at Bradley at 10:45 pm this evening. It will be 11 pm before we pop out of the terminal with our luggage. May need to call for help tonight !!!!

....and BTW, both times I tried to a rent cab to get to the hotel, and again today to get to ARRL HQ, they were "cash only". They don't seem to take credit
cards here.
Your best bet is Uber, but I did see one Lyft car at the airport last night. That said, a rideshare might be the best choice unless you carry a lot of cash
on you. (My first Uber driver canceled on me at the last minute, so I had to rebook. The last one took forever to pick me up, but finally made it.) After about 11 PM there "were no drivers available"...
.... ask me how I know! I came in at 10 PM last night.
The taxi ride is $24, Uber is somewhat cheaper, but not as reliable...

For those of you that are arriving late (after 8:30 p.m.), you will need to get a taxi/or uber to get to the hotel. The Marriott courtesy shuttle does not make any runs after 8:30
p.m. I have just been informed.
