Greetings. During the Board Meeting on Friday, after earlier circulation to the Executive Committee, I filed the attached comments on behalf of ARRL. Friday was the due date. These comments were drafted entirely by Brennan Price, inasmuch as they relate to draft recommendations of the United States' WRC-15 Advisory Committee (WAC). Dave Sumner and I provided only cosmetic edits to these before they were filed. 

These comments principally address broadband access to our 3400-3500 MHz band, and a pesky and ham-handed (no pun intended) argument by Mimosa Networks in a lame attempt to further their 10 GHz petition domestically. I thought Brennan did a particularly good job dealing with Mimosa in these comments. 

Questions on the substance of these are best directed to Brennan.
