Progress has been made on identifying appointees for the National Broadband Plan committee authorized by the Board at Minute 40. I still need a few more people who have current insight from their professional lives into what the wireless broadband industry has in mind about spectrum. They would be hams who could provide meaningful insight to us without putting themselves in a conflict of interest situation with respect to their employers. Inquiries sent to several knowledgeable people have not been very productive of prospective appointees, so far.
