The Northwestern Division obtained a Pro Zoom account last month, and offered it up to affiliated clubs and ARES groups for their use during the crisis. I have 12 club and ARES virtual meetings scheduled so far in April, and more are booking every day. While not a true ARRL service, the clubs are really appreciative of the efforts to help them conduct meetings virtually. It's great PR for the League. 73; Mike W7VO

Dear ODV-
We have the possibility of purchasing 5 additional Zoom accounts at a non-profit rate. This will require ARRL to pay an admin fee to receive coupon codes for the account holders to use when registering. When registering the account holder will be require to enter a credit card for the annual charge of $74.95. Reimbursements may come from your division budgets. Vice Directors will still require Director’s approval for the purchase.
These accounts have one host and support up to 100 participants. If you are in need of a Zoom account please let me know. We will do our best to accommodate your request with the discounted rate.
Thank you.
